What is a wellness coach?

A coach attempts to improve the external performance or internal functioning of an individual. Focus is on the ‘here and now’ rather than the past or future. 


A coach does not aim to ‘teach’ or ‘fix’, but to facilitate the process of learning and self growth. All answers to an individual’s questions or challenges must be found within that individual. Only you can know what is truly right for you. 


As a wellness coach my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where the individual feels valued and heard. My work lies in helping you identify hidden premises, challenging limiting beliefs, and posing questions which help you dig deeper internally. 

Who Am I?

I am Chloe. I am an artist, a traveler. I am inherently curious. I am passionate about authenticity, well-being, and personal growth. I believe in everyone’s potential to reach peace and internal contentment. I am a thinker and a dreamer. 


My own growth and interpersonal work birthed a desire to work in the sphere of health and emotional wellness. As I became more aware of my own issues and their negative impact, I was able to identify similar or related struggles in the people around me. I realised there was a need to help others find peace and authenticity within themselves. 


It is my hope that anyone can find a place of acceptance and validation within my practice. I look forward to getting to know more about you!

How does it work?


First, we explore thought patterns and assumptions in a safe, non-biased environment. 


We then clarify limiting and irrational beliefs. Fact is separated from feeling and all hidden premises are exposed. 


We consider alternative thought patterns and interpretations. We attempt to create new neural connections.


We aim to replace limiting and negative belief systems with adapted positive thought patterns.
